Product & Polly
Voice-first: we answer the call, not just track it. Call tracking tells you a call happened; Squawker answers it, qualifies the lead, and logs the full conversation in the Squawker CRM. Built-in CRM and attribution mean no integrations required; every call is tied to the campaign that drove it. We're built for high-call-volume businesses and white-label from day one: multi-tenant, US and global compliance built in. No competitor connects inbound AI reception to lead qualification and CRM in one pipeline. See our Technology page for more.
Polly answers every call in sub-second time, has a natural conversation to understand intent, and captures the lead with full transcript in the Squawker CRM. She can run always-on, as overflow, or after hours. No menu, no voicemail: a real conversation from the first second.
Squawker includes a full CRM (prospects, pipeline, tasks, activity). Voice, SMS, and WhatsApp live in one place. Optional integrations can connect to your existing tools; many teams run on Squawker alone.
Yes. We're built for US privacy first (CCPA, US state laws) and also support UK and EU data protection (GDPR). Multi-tenant from day one so your data is isolated. See our Technology & Security page for details.
Compliance & Security
Yes. We're designed for US privacy first. Data handling is aligned to CCPA and applicable US state privacy laws. Our Technology page outlines our compliance posture; we're happy to discuss specific requirements.
Call recording consent and disclosure are configurable per jurisdiction. We handle consent flows and TCPA-aware behavior for outbound and recording. Details are on our Technology & Security page.
Yes. In addition to US-focused compliance, we support full UK and EU data protection (GDPR). Data processing agreements are available. Data residency options include US, EU (Netherlands), and UK.
You can choose where your data lives. US and EU (Netherlands) hosting are available; UK hosting is also an option. See our Technology page and Privacy Policy for details.
We're on a SOC 2 Type II pathway (target H2 2026). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest via our infrastructure providers. We use secure defaults (HSTS, clickjacking protection, hardened headers).
